Lizzie is a talented, young, female artist from the south wales valleys. Lizzie has been in the music industry for over 12 years. As a cover artist she has a wide repetoire covering songs from the 1950's to present day singing everything from pop to rock and everything inbetween. She has already begun writing and recording tracks towards her own album which will be available on iTunes for down load in the summer of 2015. 

 

She begun her journey in 1999 with a few school friends and created 'The Millenium Girls'. They never had an official performances except for friends and all the tracks where original. the group only lasted a year before they all move on to other projects. Lizzie was the only one to under take futher projects in the music industry although it would take a few years.

 

In 2007 she began performing with a local music group called Crazy About Music & Entertainment. Here she performed in various stage variey shows. After a while she became a production team member within the company where she passsed on performance based knowledge to cast members. Once the group disbanded in 2010 she decided to go back into education.

 

In 2010 Lizzie decided to go back to college and begin her music education. She attended The College, Merthyr Tydfil and studied her BTEC National Diploma in Music. Here she became enthralled in event management and began taking the plunge into any and all events she could. She became an intern at the first ever Merthyr Rocks festival in 2011!!

 

In 2011 she began working as a front woman in a local band Mixed Generations in 2011. Within this band she played all over South Wales in various clubs performing music from the 50's to modern day. She left the band after a year to create a solo career for herself. 

 

To kick start her career she began performing in competitions such as The Welsh Factor, local karaoke competitions and performing for free in various charity events. She even ran a few of her own charity nights. The summer of 2012 she applied to work as a resident entertainer in Bude Holiday park in Cornwall. She was delighted when offered the position for the summer. Here she was invloved in organising and helping to run daytim activities for children, the childrens evening entertainment including party games and dances and adult games such as bingo and higher or lower. She also took art in group shows and solo performances aswell as helped to run sound for visiting artists. 

 

In 2012 she began her BSc in Music at the University of South Wales. Within this course she met fellow artist and close friend Kelly D (website). Lizzie and Kelly D are currently working on original albums and also a collaboration album.

 

The end of 2013 Lizzie began a new adventure which she is still currently working. The October of 2013 saw The re-branding of Cylent Beatz Records to Cylent Beatz Productions. Lizzie works on the board of directors for Cylent Beatz Productions where she also works as a tutor involved in artist development, artist manager and the events manager. 

 

In 2014 Lizzie began to start thinking again of her own music career and began performing in local clubs and pubs on the South Wales circuit. She also began writing and recording her original album which she hopes to release in the summer of 2016.
